I can’t sign in
- Staff with a church email address sign in with Continue with Google, using that address.
- Everybody else signs in with their email and the password they chose from their welcome email. Forgotten it? Use Forgotten your password? on the sign-in screen.
- Crew accounts are created by the church. If you have never had one, ask your administrator.
Clocking in isn’t working
The code on the station screen changes every 30 seconds, so type the one showing now. If the screen is off or you can’t get to it, ask an administrator to clock you in, and they can correct any punch afterwards.
