Crew accounts are created by Great Life Church for its staff and volunteers, and closed by the church when somebody leaves. You can also ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
How to ask
Email office@greatlifechurch.com from the address you use for Crew, with the subject “Please delete my Crew account”. An administrator will confirm it is you and reply when it is done, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Your sign-in, your profile photo and your notification settings are deleted, and you can no longer sign in.
- Records the church must keep as an employer — hours worked, pay, and signed employment documents — are kept for as long as the law requires, and then deleted. They are no longer attached to an account you can use.
- Anything else, such as time-off requests and onboarding steps, is deleted.
Just want to stop using the app?
Sign out and delete the app from your phone. That stops notifications to it straight away; your account and records stay as they are.
